Moving from a little two-bedroom flat wasn’t difficult. The movers were punctual for both the delivery and the pick-up. In few hours, they wrapped and cushioned our furniture and loaded the vehicle. We observed their meticulous handling of our belongings and how they went through several doors to reach the car while we were there. The relocation coordinator, Christopher, always answered our questions with patience and promptness.
I had to move my two-bedroom apartment, and I was anxious about how everything would go. But these guys were so efficient! They labeled every box with "fragile" or "heavy" based on the contents, which was super helpful when unpacking. My large sectional sofa barely fit through the doorframe, but they figured it out without damaging the walls or the sofa. They also helped pack some last-minute items that I forgot to do myself. The cherry on top was that they cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind.
The booking process was easy, but everything went downhill on moving day. The crew arrived late, worked very slowly, and spent more time talking than moving furniture. What should have taken a couple of hours turned into almost five. Very disappointing service.
