I felt very comfortable having these movers in my home. David and the other guys were polite, and they worked very fast without being messy. Everything went according to plan.
It was very easy to move across the country because of Swift Shift Van Lines! From the first meeting, when they planned our transfer, to the arrival of our belongings. The team was considerate, on time, and cautious with our furnishings. No object broke because of their extreme caution, and they advised me on furnishing our new home!
Overall, the experience was below average. Better planning, stronger communication, and improved customer service would have made a significant difference.
Swift Shift Van Lines offered top-notch services. I hired them the first time but they didn't fail to impress me. My fragile was very cautiously packed and labeled with fragile stickers.
I was expecting some hidden fee or something, but nope. Swift Shift Van Lines was straight up from the start. The movers were actually friendly too, which was weird because most movers look miserable. Would hire them again.
They worked faster than I expected while still paying close attention to detail. From carefully stowing each item away to taking doors off their hinges as needed, their expertise shone through in every detail.
From the first interaction to the final drop-off, things were well managed. David was calm, clear, and easy to work with, which helped a lot.
The booking process was easy, but everything went downhill on moving day. The crew arrived late, worked very slowly, and spent more time talking than moving furniture. What should have taken a couple of hours turned into almost five. Very disappointing service.
What I liked most is that they noticed I was overwhelmed and just handled the kitchen without me saying much. John especially kept checking if I was okay. That kind of care reduced my stress level. Thank you for making it so easy
Joseph and his team were extremely organized, courteous, professional, and detail-oriented. They carefully packed our breakables and moved our bulky furnishings. They had a very short time moving our stuff into our flat, but they were prompt and efficient. 5/5 Without a doubt, I would employ their services once again.
