The movers exceeded our expectations, especially given the distance and the potential for delays. On time and in perfect shape, everything arrived. I got a call to say they were OK! It's a level of professionalism rarely seen today.

Moving day began with the same optimism. The entire experience felt supportive rather than transactional. In a field with strict regulations, I appreciated such flexibility.
The crew leader had a tablet to document every item and its condition. They packed my grandfather clock with extra padding, ensuring no damage.
At the last minute, I didn't have enough boxes to hold all my trinkets. Fortunately, the group had a supply of extra packing materials and cartons. They immediately jumped in to help me pack those odds and ends. I stayed within my budget, and the relocation was completed on schedule.
The team worked quickly and efficiently, taking care of all my belongings. They disassembled and reassembled furniture with ease, ensuring nothing was damaged. The whole experience was seamless and far less stressful than I anticipated.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
Movers were concerned about their safety during the epidemic. Hand sanitizer was provided to each mover and they worked so professionally and cheerfully as a team. It was a commendable move.
We've done one move all by ourselves but this time we decided to get professional movers to help. It was a vast difference, indeed. We didn't have to pick up heavy furniture, hire extra equipment, or call friends for assistance, and the entire day was much smoother.
