Incredible movers! They were especially careful with my delicate glassware, wrapped them skillfully, and provided me with special boxes. They took apart my large, old wardrobe and put it back together again flawlessly, which was like a cherry on top. They genuinely cared for my priceless possessions.
I was nervous about moving my family heirlooms, especially the delicate china cabinet that’s been in the family for generations. Swift Shift Van Lines team was thoughtful. They wrapped each piece of china in foam sleeves, layered it with extra bubble wrap, and even double-taped the boxes to make sure nothing would move during transit. Watching them handle my heirlooms with such care reassured me. The cabinet arrived in perfect condition, and it felt as though they knew how important it was to me.
The movers were super friendly and easy to talk to. They made the experience less stressful by keeping things light. It was nice to have a team that not only worked hard but also made me feel at ease.

All the crates arrived exactly how they were packed. Fragile art pieces from different pickup points made it to the gallery without any signs of handling stress. What could have been a stressful move ended up feeling straightforward. The movers weren’t asking for constant guidance and knew how to do their things.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
Even though I had only a mattress and a few boxes to move, the crew treated me like their most valued customer. For my small task, they were thorough and took no shortcuts. Their expertise was greatly appreciated.
