I helped my cousin relocate her photography studio, which involved transporting camera gear, backdrops, light stands, and some very delicate equipment. I was nervous at first, but the movers handled everything with total awareness. They listened carefully, packed with intention, and didn’t rush through anything. I could tell they’ve moved specialty items before. Honestly, the whole experience felt more like a partnership than just a service.
We did have a sectional that was able to be divided into several sections but it was difficult to get through the door. The movers were very careful to disassemble and reassemble it at the new location. All cushions and pieces were kept together.
They made my first-time home move fun. They even took a photo with me and joined in the celebration. It felt like a party, not a chore.
The customer service was good. I had a lot of questions because I had never hired movers before, and the person on the phone was patient with me. On moving day the crew showed up and handled my one bedroom apartment in about 3 hours. When they left, I sat on my floor surrounded by boxes, and I felt like I had made a smart decision for myself.
They were a first-rate crew. They were prompt, careful, and polite while packing our house. All in all, we had a great time and are glad we went with the full-service bundle and transportation. Highly recommended.
Michael and his team were the most movers! I needed to make a last-minute change to my plans, and they came through for me, no problem. Their arrangements and care in packing were very careful and orderly, and I felt confident that my things were safe in their hands, arriving on time and undamaged.
My son moved into his college dorm on the fourth floor with no elevator. The movers carried all 10 boxes, set up his bed, and made the process quick. I’d absolutely recommend them to any parent.
I contacted Swift Shift Van Lines for a same-day move of my studio apartment. The guys showed up fast, packed my bed, TV, and kitchen stuff, and were done before evening. Nothing broke, and the timing was perfect.
