Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.

Very professional and caring.

They saved my move after the first company no showed. I waited for three hours in my empty apartment, calling everyone I knew. James answered my call at 11 AM and said we can be there by 1 PM. They showed up at 12:50 and worked until 7 PM to get everything done. I am really grateful. Great service!

I must tell you that these guys are freaking incredible for any shifting. I booked these guys for a move from one apartment to another, and I'm glad I did. The crew came in, got started, and kept things organized without making it complicated. They did a great job from start to end

My art studio had to be packed up and relocated across town. Between canvases, supplies, and delicate storage drawers, I was nervous about the move. Swift Shift Van Lines was careful with every piece and didn't rush me when I wanted to wrap a few things myself. They even helped reassemble some of the storage units at the new space. Everything arrived intact, and I was relieved.
