They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
Compared to a long-distance move, our cross-town move was complicated due to narrow streets, tight building schedules, and a barely functional elevator. The movers handled everything effortlessly, getting us moved in record time while remaining calm and efficient. We're happy to trust them!
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
The movers worked efficiently and stayed organized from start to finish. Fragile household items received extra attention during transportation. The unloading process was quick and well managed.
The move took four hours total from start to finish. I had a three hour window estimated so they were a little over, but I did not mind because they were careful the whole time.
They did a great job of packing everything. For each room, they utilized a different color of box, which made unloading simple. They take pleasure in their job, as seen by the fact that everything is immaculate.
After selling my place, I shifted to a nearby home. The crew sorted items by how delicate they were. They secured loose parts and stacked cartons with care. During unloading, they placed items in clear areas. This helped me settle in and organize the space quickly.
This move was a mix of my stuff and my friend’s stuff, so it was a little chaotic. The boxes and household stuff from different storage rooms needed to be moved to a new location. They moved all the stuff without any problem. Somehow, they made it work. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was mysteriously missing, as it had happened before. At the end, we were tired but happy. It turned out to be a really good decision to hire them.
You must hire these guys if you want a team that actually works hard. William and the team showed up right at 8 am and didn't stop until each item arrived at my new place.
