Terrible. This is NOT a moving company, this is a broker. They are NOT up front about that. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and hire a moving company DIRECTLY, not through these scam artists.
The layout at the new place was a bit tight, especially around the entrance. They adjusted how they carried larger furniture to get it inside without damaging the walls.
The movers showed up exactly when they said they would. Because they were so punctual, we were able to stay on track for the rest of the move. It was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing we had reliable helpers.
