The crew was incredibly kind when I had to reschedule my relocation date at the last minute, and I didn’t complain. To wrap everything up, they even arrived earlier than expected.
This move was for a home library. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases and hundreds of books. The movers removed shelves and stacked books flat. They grouped the series together without me asking. Shelves were wrapped and labeled. At delivery, everything went back up in the same order. I did not have to sort titles again. That saved me days of work.
The booking process was simple and didn’t take long. On moving day, they came prepared and had all the necessary equipment. They worked steadily and didn’t take unnecessary breaks. I liked that they double-checked items before loading them. The unloading was just as smooth, and they followed instructions properly.
I would have thought that at least one thing would have been broken with a previous moving company, but everything was in perfect order this time. This is enough to show their service.
The enthusiasm and care shown by Steven and his crew were remarkable. They were very passionate and diligent, and they provided excellent service. They handled our fragile items, such as our crystal chandelier and our silk curtains, with great attention and delicacy. They also had no problem moving our bulky furniture, such as our king-size bed and our sectional couch. They were very strong and capable, and they did not damage anything. They were very impressive and grateful, and they made us feel special and appreciated.
Henry and his colleague produced fantastic job. They were quite professional in how they handled both us and our possessions. They did an excellent job; thus I have no problem promoting them and their business.
Everything went smoothly, and I'm extremely pleased with how they handled the relocation. Very Smooth Transition!
My washer, dryer, and fridge needed to move into a condo. Andrew had the right tools, strapped everything down, and carried carefully. Machines were plugged in and ready. Saved me hours of stress.
Despite traffic delays, the movers were punctual and courteous, and they kept us informed of when we should expect the delivery of our items. I would definitely get in touch with them again if I ever need their help.
