The customer service was good. I had a lot of questions because I had never hired movers before, and the person on the phone was patient with me. On moving day the crew showed up and handled my one bedroom apartment in about 3 hours. When they left, I sat on my floor surrounded by boxes, and I felt like I had made a smart decision for myself.
Finding reliable people is tough, but this crew was excellent. They stayed focused and made sure my large collection of power tools got loaded. The price was fair, and the service was top-notch.
I had to move heavy garage tools, including a big tool chest. The movers loaded it with a dolly, secured everything tightly, and placed it exactly where I asked in the new garage. It was handled perfectly.
Jack and James took care of everything when I moved from CA to SD. They packed up all my fragile stuff like the marble coffee table and wall hanging mirrors and even took apart and put back together my furniture. Their commitment to giving a stress-free move is impressive.
All the crates arrived exactly how they were packed. Fragile art pieces from different pickup points made it to the gallery without any signs of handling stress. What could have been a stressful move ended up feeling straightforward. The movers weren’t asking for constant guidance and knew how to do their things.
The team showed up prepared and got straight to work. Even with a few last-minute changes, they adapted without complaint. I’m glad I chose this service.
Swift Shift Van Lines Movers has the best movers crew for the service; they have all been awesome when I hired them. Their staff was punctual, skilled and dedicated to the work. I have nothing to complain about from the service. But there's always room for improvement, so I'd only tell them to keep up the good work.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
We had a great experience with Swift Shift Van Lines. The movers were friendly, courteous, efficient and hard workers. They were a pleasure to work with and we are very glad we went with Swift Shift Van Lines.
