I booked them just to move a few bulky items, and didn’t expect much beyond basic hauling. But Swift Shift Van Lines team took time to wrap and secure each item. They also checked that our floor wouldn’t get scratched while bringing things in. What could’ve been a slapdash job was actually handled with serious care and attention!

Swift Shift Van Lines is a moving Broker. Something their agent did not tell us when we were on the phone. The agent also said our belongings would be stored in the state we were moving to; the mover that arrived said our belonging were going to be stored in another state. Also the agent under estimated the space we would need for our belongings, so the initial price was acceptable; when the mover arrived the space needed and price went up by alot. The link for the estimate expired by the time the mover arrived (something they do not inform you of). The mover showed up at 815pm on the second day, within the two day window. They contacted us several times moving the pick up time; but showing up that late is not good business management or respectful to the customer. When we were told the new moving cost estimate; we attempted to call Swift Shift Van Lines and were going to cancel and see about a refund, but no one answered. We would not under any circumstance recommend Swift Shift Van Lines.
After selling my place, I shifted to a nearby home. The crew sorted items by how delicate they were. They secured loose parts and stacked cartons with care. During unloading, they placed items in clear areas. This helped me settle in and organize the space quickly.
My delicate Victorian chairs as well as my large sectional were all handled and transported very well. They were all very pleasant, so they became more than helpful—they were also enjoyable at the same time.
The consultant was quite sympathetic as I worked through some issues with the company. There are no hidden fees, making this a very attractive choice. It was a pleasure working with the movers.

They tied everything down with straps so the load would not shift on the road. I noticed they were careful with the corners of my antique cabinets. It took four hours to finish the entire driveway.
