The movers from this company did a fantastic job. Jack sent 3 movers on the same day I booked my appointment. They worked hard to pack and transport everything on time, even though the booking was last minute. The move went smoothly, and I had no issues adjusting, so their hard work was worthwhile.
Andrew and John were efficient and quick, but they also did a really good job. They know how to get things done fast and well.
It was a pleasure working with Edward during my recent relocation across the state. The communication was clear from the start, and the price they quoted me was exactly what I paid at the end of the day.
The movers were courteous enough to maintain cleanliness during my recent move. Since it was raining and they had to move in and out of the house for loading, they fetched carpets and mats and put them all over the house. After they were done, they did a final check to see if my place looked clean too. I honestly value their generosity!
At the last minute, I didn't have enough boxes to hold all my trinkets. Fortunately, the group had a supply of extra packing materials and cartons. They immediately jumped in to help me pack those odds and ends. I stayed within my budget, and the relocation was completed on schedule.
I needed a few heavy pieces moved into storage during a remodel. The movers wrapped the dining table, carried it carefully, and stacked everything neatly inside the unit so I could still walk around.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
I was awestruck with how organized this moving company was. They made unpacking at the new place so much easier. They even double-checked each room before leaving to make sure everything was delivered to the right spot.
Insightful guidance from Carl eased my mind somewhat as I prepared to pack and store my stuff. I can't believe how knowledgeable they are. The furniture assembly instructions were clear and straightforward.
