Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.
My move involved over 60 boxes of delicate glassware and a very heavy industrial sewing machine from my craft studio. I was so worried about the vibration of the truck breaking my vintage vases. Brett used extra padding and stacked the crates so nothing could shift during the turns. It was a relief to unpack everything and find zero broken pieces. If you have fragile hobby equipment, you should definitely give them a call.
We were quite amazed by these individuals. They were pleasant to work with, dependable, and efficient. Despite transporting delicate items, nothing was damaged. Our upcoming maneuver will benefit from these!
