The excellent job the movers performed packing my belongings astounded me, but what really won me over was the fact that they double-checked everything, I've never been so amazed before.
It was the end of the month and I expected delays, but the crew stuck to the time they promised and called me when they were 20 minutes out. The transparency made it easier for me to coordinate with the cleaners and the landlord. I can’t thank them enough!
The moving crew handled the relocation in a very organized manner. They carefully prepared the furniture before loading and kept the household boxes arranged properly. The team worked efficiently throughout the day. Everything was unloaded carefully at the new home. Overall, the process felt smooth and professional.
Beginning with the initial quote and going through the whole moving process, everything was great. The people who worked on the move were professional and patient the whole time. Their services are excellent, and I plan to use them again in the future.
The crew worked steadily without cutting corners. Even toward the end, their focus didn’t drop. That consistency left me feeling satisfied once the move was complete.
They loaded and unloaded wooden furniture with a ton of care. These guys are hands down the best movers you could ever hope for.
Our six-month trip from TX to KS required us to put our stuff in storage. On time, and without incident, our fragile and cumbersome items were delivered. We took special care to pack the TV and pictures. We were pleasantly delighted by how smoothly and quickly the procedure went.
Solid 5 stars from my side because we moved a 3 bedroom house and the entire job was done in under 5 hours and everything was accounted for at the end.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
Moving my late grandmother's hand-painted porcelain collection and fragile glassware was very nerve-wracking for me. Packing day arrived the day before the main move with custom wardrobe packing boxes, bubble wrap by the mile and even custom crates for the delicate artwork. When we opened the boxes at our new home, even the smallest wine glass was in perfect order. They paid amazing attention to detail and eased my mind during a very stressful period of my life.
