I recommend this company to anyone in need of secure relocation assistance. The staff helped me take my belongings downstairs and took good care of my TV and furnishings (unlike other firms who chuck stuff in the vehicle). They arrived 10 minutes early. He assisted me in moving all of the furniture into the rooms of the new home when we moved into our new house, and he removed his shoes upstairs to protect my newly installed carpeting.
I got in touch with Jack and his company about two weeks ahead of time for a neighborhood move. He sent out great workers who showed up on time and got to work packing. Even though there were a lot of stacked boxes and big parts, they moved all easily.
A few heavy landscape features needed to be relocated to my new backyard yesterday. Those guys managed the awkward lifting with a lot of skill and didn't damage any of the property. I found the whole process very straightforward because the workers were so helpful and easy to talk to. I would definitely use this specific group again for any future outdoor projects.

I had a smooth and hassle-free moving experience from start to finish. The team was professional, arrived on time, and handled all items with care during the move. Everything was delivered safely, and the communication throughout the process was excellent.
The movers arrived around 11 am and immediately started working. They had to carry our heavy drawers down the stairs using lifting straps and rolling dollies. The entire transit was on schedule. Great experience.
Mixed feelings. The SSV are brokers. We were quoted a price. the moving company they hired were rated 1 star and demanded more money than quoted and refused to deliver some pieces of furniture. The delivery dates quoted by SSV were 5-10 days. The movers they hired stated 7-10 business days the actually delivery time was 16 business days. The boxes were not securely stored as when they were delivered some boxes were torn, massive holes where items were spilling out, a gross liquid spilled over 5. The men packing up and delivering were different. The delivery people were nice, quick and didn't try to scam more money out of us like the pick up crew did. I feel betrayed about all moving companies from this experience. Good luck to everyone who uses this company and I suggest finding out who they hire as movers before signing so you do not get a low rate mover through this broker.
Before using Swift Shift Van Lines, my moving experience was terrible. The customer care representatives were informative on the call and gave me up-to-date information at a fair price. For our relocation, the 4 movers were incredibly efficient and punctual. They breezed through a difficult task. Warm regards!
I’ve moved two times in the last ten years, so I have a good basis for comparison. This was by far the most straightforward experience. The team was focused and got the work done. I’d tell anyone asking to just book them and not worry about it.
