There was a point during the move where I thought it might take much longer than planned, but they finished right on time. Swift Shift Van Lines handled everything very efficiently.
To be completely honest, I only picked Swift Shift Van Lines because they were the cheapest option on the list I got from a friend. I did not expect much if I am being real. But the crew that showed up worked harder than any movers I have ever seen. They loaded the entire truck in two hours and then drove forty-five minutes to my new place and unloaded everything in another hour and a half. The price stayed the same as the quote, and nothing was damaged. Sometimes the cheapest option is actually the best option.
My roommate and I decided to part ways, and we both hired Swift Shift Van Lines to move our separate stuff. The band of movers was really adept at splitting our furniture and boxes based on color-coded stickers we’d prepared. They didn’t mix up anything, which was a huge relief. They helped me fold my futon when I couldn’t figure out how to collapse it. The entire process was quick, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable. Well worth every dollar.
We moved from Colorado to Florida, on the phone Mike was so cool, saying they are an end to end mover. They would be with us all the way etc. Well, not so much. They just sell your move to the lowest bidder. After your goods have been moved from truck to truck multiple times, the results were amazing! Almost everything was damaged (80%). Then try getting hold of your new best friend Mike, mmmm, not so easy.
I finally moved back to my hometown after ten years away. The drive was long, but this team made the actual loading part the easiest bit of the whole trip. They just got stuck in and handled my mountain of kitchen boxes and old books without any drama. It was nice to deal with people who didn't complain about the heat. All the things got to my new cottage by sunset.
