A big thank you to the staff for being so patient and kind. My move involved a lot of small details, but they managed the whole thing without any complaints. I am very satisfied with the work.
Despite providing an accurate listing of all our box numbers and furniture, Swift Shift Van Lines tried charging us nearly double the original estimated price, even though our original and moving day inventories were almost identical. We were disappointed by their inaccurate cost estimation, which caused twice as much financial stress on moving day. Regarding their delivery process, we received inconsistent information from different representatives at Swift Shift Van Lines: 1) In the initial phone call, we were told that the average delivery time is 3-5 days after pickup. 2) On the moving day, the mover said delivery could occur in 3 days. 3) One day after pickup, another representative said delivery would occur in 1-5 business days. 4) In the last email communication, another representative informed us that delivery would take 5-15 business days. As of today, it is Day 5 after the pickup, and we still have no information regarding the delivery. If you don't want to experience difficult times in an empty apartment without your belongings, do NOT work with Swift Shift Van Lines.
The movers were absolute professionals. They navigated my narrow staircase without a single scratch on the walls or furniture. They worked efficiently but never made me feel rushed, and they took time to check that everything was positioned where I wanted it in my new place. I've moved plenty of times, and this was by far the easiest.
The packers carefully wrapped and labelled everything, making the unpacking process easier. In this weather, moving from GA to AZ was challenging, but the entire moving crew did an excellent job. Their methodical approach made settling into my new home a breeze.
This move was for a home library. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases and hundreds of books. The movers removed shelves and stacked books flat. They grouped the series together without me asking. Shelves were wrapped and labeled. At delivery, everything went back up in the same order. I did not have to sort titles again. That saved me days of work.
Henry and his colleague produced fantastic job. They were quite professional in how they handled both us and our possessions. They did an excellent job; thus I have no problem promoting them and their business.
I would have thought that at least one thing would have been broken with a previous moving company, but everything was in perfect order this time. This is enough to show their service.
We booked a last-minute move within the city after our original company canceled. Not only did they fit us in, but they showed up with a full crew ready to go. They packed the entire apartment in under 8 hours and got us into the new place the same day. Total lifesavers!
My washer, dryer, and fridge needed to move into a condo. Andrew had the right tools, strapped everything down, and carried carefully. Machines were plugged in and ready. Saved me hours of stress.
I was amazed by how well the team was able to solve problems. My friends managed to find solutions to some difficult setup challenges so everything would fit just right. They took the same care with every object, large or small.
