The move was difficult because it was obvios that they lacked the necessary training and expertise. I would never again use such inexperienced movers.

BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.
Go ahead and book them if you have a lot of stairs like I do. My new place is on the third floor with no elevator, and I had a heavy treadmill and a weight bench that needed to go up. Those guys didn't complain once, even though it was nearly 90 degrees outside. They just put their heads down and got it done safely. I am seriously impressed with the hustle they showed throughout the entire afternoon.

Arrival timing lined up well, which made unloading easier. Larger items were brought in first, so setup could begin right away. Even with warm weather, the crew stayed focused and professional.
The sofa was awkward and heavy. I expected problems getting it down the narrow stairs. The movers stayed calm and worked together. When it reached the truck without a scratch, I felt real relief.
