BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.
Joseph and his team took care of my move from TX to NY. These guys were very professional, handling all my furniture with caution, such as my vintage oak cabinet and marble coffee table. They also helped me pack up my kitchenware, which was a huge help. And even though the drive was long and tiring, they maintained their enthusiasm and never slowed down. James deserves a big shoutout from me.
Despite traffic delays, the movers were punctual and courteous, and they kept us informed of when we should expect the delivery of our items. I would definitely get in touch with them again if I ever need their help.
Moving is very stressful, but thanks to George and his team, who made it easy. Our hardwood floors were protected from scratches because they used corner guards and floor runners. They labelled each box, which made unpacking very easy. The group made a barcoded inventory list, scanning every item as it moved from our old house to the new one. Not a single item was lost or damaged, and the relocation was finished before the scheduled time.
From the first interaction to the final drop-off, things were well managed. David was calm, clear, and easy to work with, which helped a lot.
They wrapped everything up way earlier than I expected. They kept things in order and moved them step by step. I didn’t have to keep checking, and all my things were safely at my new place.
All the crates arrived exactly how they were packed. Fragile art pieces from different pickup points made it to the gallery without any signs of handling stress. What could have been a stressful move ended up feeling straightforward. The movers weren’t asking for constant guidance and knew how to do their things.
Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
We moved at a faster pace than anticipated and made no compromises on quality. With all the boxes, the team was careful, and with the larger pieces of furniture, they used professional moving equipment. Communication was very good throughout. Great overall experience.
