Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.

They were the most efficient and effective movers I’ve ever seen, and they packed up my entire apartment in just a few hours. They used all kinds of packing supplies, from foam peanuts to packing tape, and they even gave me some extra boxes for free. They organized everything neatly and logically, and they labeled everything clearly and accurately. They were the best in the business!

The band of movers was really adept at splitting our furniture and boxes based on color-coded stickers we’d prepared. They didn’t mix up anything, which was a huge relief. They helped me fold my futon when I couldn’t figure out how to collapse it. The entire process was quick, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable. Well worth every dollar.
BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.
I moved my dad’s tool sets from TN to SC. The movers used small carts for the heavy boxes and kept the parts together so he could find them later.
The apartment move from the north side to the new condo went better than expected. The crew from Swift Shift Van Lines arrived right on time and brought all the packing supplies with them. They wrapped my furniture carefully and stacked everything neatly in the truck. What stood out was how organized they were from start to finish.
The team handled our move-out from an apartment building in the busy downtown area where parking is a huge issue. The driver parked the truck well in the loading area without blocking traffic and the crew finished clearing out our unit of 2 bed units before the arranged time.
