Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
I’d heard good things about this company from my neighbor, so I finally gave it a shot. The entire crew was polite and easygoing. They brought small foldable stools to sit on when taking a break, so they never just crashed on my furniture. They handled my bedroom set, living room couches, and dining table with top-notch care. Every cushion was wrapped in plastic. They took the time to unscrew my TV mount from the wall. After the trip, they asked me to do a quick walk-through of the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.
The movers packed important and confidential files into lockable boxes for our law firm's office move. Efficient furniture disassembly and wrapping. It went down without any problems. 100% Suggesting their service wholeheartedly!
DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
Moved into an apartment building with strict rules, so I thought the day would get messy. This crew from Swift Shift Van Lines sorted things out with the building staff and kept the work moving without delays. They used the right entry area and worked through the shared spaces without creating trouble. The team stayed focused and didn’t slow down once they started.
I had a bunch of seasonal decorations in a shed near the woods, and they had to be moved to a cleared spot closer to the house for sorting. The movers pulled the large boxes out carefully so branches wouldn’t snag them. They placed each group where I pointed and didn’t crowd the space.
They were punctual for both the collection and the delivery, further demonstrating their reliability, and their stellar job certainly warranted the five stars they received.
The delivery took considerably longer than I was told it would. I had very little information while waiting and had to contact the company for updates. This made it difficult to organize my day. Overall, the experience was frustrating.
I recommend this company to anyone in need of secure relocation assistance. The staff helped me take my belongings downstairs and took good care of my TV and furnishings (unlike other firms who chuck stuff in the vehicle). They arrived 10 minutes early. He assisted me in moving all of the furniture into the rooms of the new home when we moved into our new house, and he removed his shoes upstairs to protect my newly installed carpeting.
It is rare to find a company that is this organized. Every person on the crew knew their job, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine.
