Andrew and his team were incredible! They moved all of our belongings from our three-bedroom apartment to DE and worked tirelessly until 9 pm to ensure everything was taken care of. They packed everything neatly and securely, and labeled everything clearly. They also unloaded everything carefully and placed everything where we wanted them. Even though John and James were exhausted, they remained positive and had a great attitude. They were very friendly and cheerful, and they made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
Before using Swift Shift Van Lines, my moving experience was terrible. The customer care representatives were informative on the call and gave me up-to-date information at a fair price. Swift Shift Van Lines sent a team that worked incredibly hard all morning. They carried every single box up the stairs and into the truck. I was surprised at how much they could fit in one trip. They were very cheerful and easy to talk to during the whole process.
The moving team was not only efficient but also really friendly. They made the whole experience pleasant. They took extra care with my mirrors and paintings, and nothing got damaged. They also helped me unpack a few boxes to get started.
The moving team stayed focused and organized throughout the entire job. Heavy furniture was moved safely, and fragile household items were packed with extra care to help keep everything protected.
My old place had a tricky spiral staircase. They measured, planned, and executed flawlessly. They made it look easy, leaving me impressed by their expertise.
Movers were concerned about their safety during the epidemic. Hand sanitizer was provided to each mover and they worked so professionally and cheerfully as a team. It was a commendable move.
The movers were very polite and respectful. They asked me where I wanted everything placed before putting it down. I highly recommend this moving company! They made a stressful day so much smoother.
