They had clearly marked all of the boxes by room, and unpacking at the new house was surprisingly quick and efficient!
I’ve moved several times before, but this was the first time I felt completely stress-free. The crew from this company was at the top of their game the whole way through. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and even helped arrange the furniture in my new Office after delivery (without any extra charges). Their professionalism was unrivalled and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!
DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
The team showed up prepared and got straight to work. Even with a few last-minute changes, they adapted without complaint. I’m glad I chose this service.
We were moving long-distance with a very tight schedule, and we were worried about delays. Luckily, the crew showed up on time, worked with commitment, and kept us updated throughout the journey. They arrived at the new house exactly when promised, and none of the items were damaged. We cannot be more thankful!
We moved from Colorado to Florida, on the phone Mike was so cool, saying they are an end to end mover. They would be with us all the way etc. Well, not so much. They just sell your move to the lowest bidder. After your goods have been moved from truck to truck multiple times, the results were amazing! Almost everything was damaged (80%). Then try getting hold of your new best friend Mike, mmmm, not so easy.
Our office relocation was completed with no problems. The movers labeled everything clearly, carried large desks easily, and placed everything where it needed to go. Their careful handling saved us a lot of stress that day.
There was a point during the move where I thought it might take much longer than planned, but they finished right on time. Swift Shift Van Lines handled everything very efficiently.
The two movers arrived early and immediately started wrapping the fragile items. They efficiently loaded a whole truck of stuff in three hours. They worked non-stop until the last box was placed in the new garage. They truly sped up my timeline significantly. This team was focused, fast, and very efficient.
Ronnie and crew put our possessions' safety first. Everything was meticulously wrapped in large blankets, and fragile objects were double-wrapped using bubble wrap. Protecting the old and new walls of the houses, we took the extra step of cushioning the walls.
