Unforgettable Experience

Living in a busy downtown area makes parking a huge truck almost impossible. Somehow, the driver found a spot and worked quickly to avoid blocking the bus lane. My heavy mahogany wardrobe made it inside without touching a single doorframe. The guys were incredibly helpful and handled the stuff with care. I felt lucky to have such an experienced team helping me out on a hectic Saturday morning. They were able to transfer the things on the same afternoon safely.

delightful experience

Bait and switch

This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith

Great care was taken

Our move included a 200-gallon fish tank, which I was sure would be a disaster. But the movers treated it like gold, draining it carefully and using custom padding to transport it. They also positioned it in the new living room and waited while I set up the filtration system. Not a single fish was harmed!

Immaculate service!

It was necessary to relocate a 2-bedroom home to NY. Swift Shift Van Lines was the greatest moving firm to hire. On the day of my relocation, the crew showed up ready to work. Before placing it on their vehicle, they wrapped every piece of furniture in blankets and tape. They took the same amount of care with my boxes. I was amazed at how skillfully they managed the move.
