Excellent use of heavy workout equipment. They efficiently disassembled my Peloton bike and power rack and reassembled them securely and safely at the new power rack.
The moving team was not only efficient but also really friendly. They made the whole experience pleasant. They took extra care with my mirrors and paintings, and nothing got damaged. They also helped me unpack a few boxes to get started.
What impressed me most was how the team worked together. I was moving to a new place closer to my job, and they made the process simple. The crew arrived with all the supplies, loaded my items carefully, and managed the drive without delay. The work was done within the time we discussed. They really made the process much easier, and I will use them again if I ever need to move

I had a few last-minute boxes I hadn’t taped up yet when the crew arrived, and instead of waiting around, they offered to help finish sealing them so we could stay on schedule. The company moved our items with great efficiency and punctuality. They easily disassembled our previous house's dining table, sofa, and bed and put everything back together when we moved. They also safely packed our microwave, PC and TV and treated them with care. Together, they finished the relocation in few hours.
The movers did an excellent job: the ones who packed up and unloaded our previous house were careful with our breakables, and the ones who moved us into our new home took their time dismantling and reassembling our beds.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
