The move was difficult because it was obvios that they lacked the necessary training and expertise. I would never again use such inexperienced movers.

I could focus on getting my paperwork and keys sorted while they handled the rest. The whole move was much easier than trying to do it alone.
It was a real pleasure to spend time with people who were so kind and helpful. My grandfather's antiques were carefully packed and sent quickly, which said a lot. Also, their service was great.
