We just moved out of our 3-bedroom condo, and the movers were incredible. They handled all our valuables with great care!
This move was a mix of my stuff and my friend’s stuff, so it was a little chaotic. The boxes and household stuff from different storage rooms needed to be moved to a new location. They moved all the stuff without any problem. Somehow, they made it work. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was mysteriously missing, as it had happened before. At the end, we were tired but happy. It turned out to be a really good decision to hire them.
I had James and David get my grand piano from a NY storage facility, and it finally got here, and I was so happy. They took such extra care to cover and protect it from damage, which amazed me. Their hard work is admirable. I love them so much!
I called this company because I needed assistance after a mover unexpectedly canceled. When 3 movers showed up on Sunday, they were very friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job, worked swiftly, and were courteous. This team's efforts, which they showed even in the toughest conditions, amazed me. I heartily endorse this company!
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
They were a first-rate crew. They were prompt, careful, and polite while packing our house. All in all, we had a great time and are glad we went with the full-service bundle and transportation. Highly recommended.
My everything was packed and unpacked with extreme caution. Their friendliness put me at ease right away. All of the employees and the company itself have my highest admiration. I value it greatly.
We moved early in the morning to avoid traffic. The crew arrived before sunrise and started loading quietly. They used the time well, and by noon, everything was inside the new house.
Honestly, I thought moving would be a nightmare, but these guys made it simple. They wrapped things up properly and loaded the truck smartly, so nothing got damaged.
We were quite amazed by these individuals. They were pleasant to work with, dependable, and efficient. Despite transporting delicate items, nothing was damaged. Our upcoming maneuver will benefit from these!
