HORRIBLE.

Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.

Nightmare

They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.

Couldn't have gone better.

My experience with these guys was exactly what I needed. They showed up early and immediately got to work disassembling a complicated home gym setup I owned.
