I have nothing to complain about from the service. But there's always room for improvement, so I'd only tell them to keep up the good work.

They even asked where I wanted things placed so I wouldn’t have to shuffle boxes around later. It made the whole situation way easier than I expected.

I have no qualms about recommending Carl and his team because of the great attention and work they put into assisting me to move from TX to NY. Even though it can seem easy, packing and relocating a whole house is a big task. When I called this company and got affordable costs, I was overjoyed.
My delicate Victorian chairs as well as my large sectional were all handled and transported very well. They were all very pleasant, so they became more than helpful—they were also enjoyable at the same time.
The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the entire process felt poorly managed. I expected a much higher level of service.
