What I remember most is how calm everything felt during the move. There was no rushing or confusion, and that made a big difference for me. I would absolutely use them again!
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
These guys really helped me out with my move. They got all the boxes moved in pretty quickly and were easy to deal with the whole morning. Would definitely recommend their service.
All the crates arrived exactly how they were packed. Fragile art pieces from different pickup points made it to the gallery without any signs of handling stress. I’d heard good things about this company from my neighbor, so I finally gave it a shot. The entire crew was polite and easygoing. They brought small foldable stools to sit on when taking a break, so they never just crashed on my furniture. They handled my bedroom set, living room couches, and dining table with top-notch care. Every cushion was wrapped in plastic. They took the time to unscrew my TV mount from the wall. After the trip, they asked me to do a quick walk-through of the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.
I moved my dad’s tool sets from TN to SC. The movers used small carts for the heavy boxes and kept the parts together so he could find them later.
Really happy with how this move turned out. A sewing studio with several older industrial machines needed to be relocated. The machines had small parts that could shift easily, so the movers wrapped the metal heads in thick plastic before moving them. Heavy tables were carried up the driveway and brought in through the side door without being dragged. After everything was set down, the needles and parts were still in place.
This team was very efficient with my move; I was surprised how easily it went. They remained very organized throughout.
The movers did an excellent job: the ones who packed up and unloaded our previous house were careful with our breakables, and the ones who moved us into our new home took their time dismantling and reassembling our beds.
