DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
Their movers were the pros of the pros! On moving day, it rained heavily, and I was sure that my furniture would be lost. However, to my relief, the team brought plastic wrap, waterproof tarps and even gloves to keep my belongings clean. I was wet by the end of the move; my belongings were not. Bravo to them!
The boxes full of printed materials, racks, and folding equipment needed to be moved out of a temporary convention center. I didn’t expect the crew to be that prepared, but they were already sorting items the second they walked in. We were out faster than planned, and the equipment was ready to use again.
What I liked most is that they noticed I was overwhelmed and just handled the kitchen without me saying much. John especially kept checking if I was okay. That kind of care reduced my stress level. Thank you for making it so easy

They brought small foldable stools to sit on when taking a break, so they never just crashed on my furniture. They handled my bedroom set, living room couches, and dining table with top-notch care. Every cushion was wrapped in plastic. They took the time to unscrew my TV mount from the wall. After the trip, they asked me to do a quick walk-through of the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.
Swift Shift Van Lines really delivered. The movers wrapped fragile things properly, lifted wardrobes carefully, and managed tight hallways without a single bump. They stayed cheerful all day, and that attitude made the move a lot easier to handle.
