My garage had shelves, tools, and bikes. The movers packed it all neatly and stacked everything in storage. I still have walking space inside the unit. That level of organization is rare.
The moving team worked well together and kept the process moving smoothly. Our belongings were handled responsibly from start to finish.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
We bought a fridge and Swift Shift Van Lines did a fantastic job picking it up and delivering it to our place. Made the whole processes simple and care free. Thanks and would definitely use again.

Arrival timing lined up well, which made unloading easier. Larger items were brought in first, so setup could begin right away. Even with warm weather, the crew stayed focused and professional.

This is a perfect circumstance for me. They were pleasant to work with, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done fast but efficiently.
I moved my dad’s tool sets from TN to SC. The movers used small carts for the heavy boxes and kept the parts together so he could find them later.
