My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
The movers were courteous enough to maintain cleanliness during my recent move. Since it was raining and they had to move in and out of the house for loading, they fetched carpets and mats and put them all over the house. After they were done, they did a final check to see if my place looked clean too. I honestly value their generosity!
The moving team worked well together and kept the process moving smoothly. Our belongings were handled responsibly from start to finish.
My experience with these guys was exactly what I needed. They showed up early and immediately got to work disassembling a complicated home gym setup I owned. They handled all the tools and hardware like professionals. I really appreciated that they confirmed the drop-off location and inventory list multiple times. All the things were accounted for and undamaged upon arrival.
This company is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that its customers are taken care of. The movers were professional, quick, courteous, pleasant, and careful. I needed a few heavy pieces moved into storage during a remodel. The movers wrapped the dining table, carried it carefully, and stacked everything neatly inside the unit so I could still walk around.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
