We used Swift Shift Van Lines for a weekend move to our new house in the suburbs. It was a two-day process since we had a garage full of tools and outdoor gear. The team packed the garage separately and labeled every box. When we unpacked, everything was easy to find.
I asked Swift Shift Van Lines to move my baking equipment to a different kitchen. They loaded the mixers, trays, and boxes of ingredients without rushing. Everything ended up in the right place when they were done unloading.
Moving an entire workplace seemed like a daunting endeavor, but this business made it look easy. From the very first to the very last step, they acted professionally. In order to keep everything clear, the crew dismantled desks, packed monitors with care, and even organized documents. Their expertise saved us from hassle and precious time. Truly, first-rate service.
I paid for $4000 for 800 cubic square feet and they only allowed me 640 when their subcontracted moving company arrived. We measured ourselves and they told us to contact Swift which claims no responsibility once your items are turned over to the moving company that they contract out to. This is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with, they also did damage to our flooring and are completely unprofessional. Don't let the good reviews fool you, you will pay double. Rent a U-Haul and save thousands and save yourself the entire headache of dealing with such an unprofessional company.
I highly recommend Swift Shift Van Lines. We were moving my son into a 3rd-floor dorm at State University. Parking was a nightmare, but they handled it. William and his partner carried that mini-fridge and the trunk full of textbooks up all those stairs. They were fast and friendly with all the students moving in around us. Made a chaotic day much smoother for us parents.
I was most worried about my glass coffee table. The movers covered it with thick padding, carried it together, and placed it gently in the truck. It arrived in perfect shape, no chips at all.
I don’t enjoy moving, but the crew made it easier than I expected. They arrived on time, handled the heavy lifting, and kept everything straightforward. The job was done smoothly from start to finish.
The two movers arrived early and immediately started wrapping the fragile items. They efficiently loaded a whole truck of stuff in three hours. They worked non-stop until the last box was placed in the new garage. They truly sped up my timeline significantly. This team was focused, fast, and very efficient.
Thanks to the Paul and Griffith from the company, the transfer was smooth and easy. Whenever I had questions during the operation, he promptly responded. My recommendation is for them. On time and intact, the things came.
