My favorite part was how they handled the stairs. My new apartment has a narrow staircase, and I thought my sofa wouldn’t fit. They worked it around the bend without scratching the walls once.
Communication and service from Scott & Robert were top-notch. They made two trips in a row and were always on time, friendly, quick, thorough, and nice. Great service and a strong commitment to their work.

I was nervous at first, but the movers handled everything with total awareness. They listened carefully, packed with intention, and didn’t rush through anything. I could tell they’ve moved specialty items before. Honestly, the whole experience felt more like a partnership than just a service.
A crew from this company came to our house with all the necessary equipment to carefully pack our plants before loading them into the car after we contacted them.
I had a terrific experience from the very first interaction. Throughout the entire procedure, the personnel was kind, patient, and kept me updated. Without any unforeseen problems, everything was finished on time. Their meticulousness was just remarkable. I would absolutely utilize their service again.
The movers were courteous enough to maintain cleanliness during my recent move. Since it was raining and they had to move in and out of the house for loading, they fetched carpets and mats and put them all over the house. After they were done, they did a final check to see if my place looked clean too. I honestly value their generosity!
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
The first thing David did when he arrived was walk through the whole apartment and make a note of everything before touching a single item. I thought that was a really thoughtful way to start because it meant nothing got missed and there were no surprises later. He kept checking in throughout the day and made sure I was happy with where things were going.
Swift Shift Van Lines did a wonderful job with my move. They arrived promptly, packed everything securely, and carried items with respect. It felt like my belongings were in good hands from start to finish.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
