We needed to move our small workspace with six employees to a new building. The movers arrived on time and started by disconnecting computers and sorting cables. By afternoon, the entire setup was completed at the new site. The transition was seamless, and our team was back to work the next morning without any disruption.
The movers worked efficiently and stayed organized from start to finish. Fragile household items received extra attention during transportation. The unloading process was quick and well managed.
I paid for $4000 for 800 cubic square feet and they only allowed me 640 when their subcontracted moving company arrived. We measured ourselves and they told us to contact Swift which claims no responsibility once your items are turned over to the moving company that they contract out to. This is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with, they also did damage to our flooring and are completely unprofessional. Don't let the good reviews fool you, you will pay double. Rent a U-Haul and save thousands and save yourself the entire headache of dealing with such an unprofessional company.
Everything in my third-floor flat had to be transferred across town. Due to my heavy wooden dining table and bed frame, the process made me anxious. The crew worked quickly yet carefully and arrived on time. My bed was carefully disassembled and reassembled at the new location. They protected my fragile vases and dishes with blankets. I noticed how well they communicated during the move. I was very pleased with the service!
Don’t be fooled by this company. They are not a true moving company. They outsource all of their movers. They sweet talked me, made everything sound great, claimed I was getting a bunch of discounts, but then they ended up charging me more than quoted. They sent three guys from a local moving company called Jackson Movers. They were awful. Two of the guys didn’t speak English and the foreman, who did speak English, disappeared for most of the packing, so I couldn’t even communicate with the guys packing my stuff. The first thing they did was drop one of my expensive crystals and then claimed that is was already broken. I ended up having to pack the crystals myself because they were doing such a piss poor job. They dumped most of my things into boxes, they didn’t label any of the boxes, and they didn’t end up taking half of my stuff. I had to rent a U-Haul and tow dolly for my car and pack and load the rest of my things, which cost me an extra $1,600. Then, they didn’t show up at my house where I moved to for a week. The moving company had changed once again, and this time the movers were Champion Movers. The foreman was a lazy fat cow who only brought in a few things and then sat in his truck for the rest of the time and let two other guys unload everything. The only good thing about the unloading was a local guy they hired named Joe. He was awesome. The foreman refused to take apart my desk and move it into my office so Joe stayed behind and dismantled my desk and moved it to my office and put it back together. He then also helped me move over a dozen plastic totes to my storage shed in my backyard. The foreman refused to unload them there because he said it was more than 75 ft and would be an extra charge. I had labeled all of my crystal boxes with fragile labels, which were completely ignored, many of the boxes were upside down, crushed, or smashed. Once I started unpacking things I found a lot of broken items. This moving experience was the worst I’ve ever had. DO NOT HIRE SWIFT SHIFT MOVERS.
Moving with a newborn seemed like a nightmare, but these movers were incredibly understanding and efficient. They worked quickly, made sure to keep noise levels low, and even helped rearrange furniture so we could set up the nursery easily. I highly recommend them!
We did have a sectional that was able to be divided into several sections but it was difficult to get through the door. The movers were very careful to disassemble and reassemble it at the new location. All cushions and pieces were kept together.

Fast response for a last-minute storage unit clear-out. I called Swift Shift Van Lines on short notice. They showed up quickly, right on time. We had decades of piled-up items inside. The crew loaded everything efficiently and quickly. They even swept the unit clean before they left. The entire job was finished before noon.
I recently moved, and it was undoubtedly the best decision I've ever made. I can't remember the last time I felt so content and satisfied. Following the move of my family of four from a two-story house with numerous heavy furnishings, all items were successfully delivered. The staff was exceptional, putting in great effort and exceeding expectations. Thank you very much, Swift Shift Van Lines!
