David checked on every detail during the move. He reminded the crew to double-wrap fragile items and asked me about the placement of the boxes. Having that extra attention gave me a lot of peace of mind.
5 stars without any second thought. We had about 2 rooms worth of stuff and they wrapped and loaded everything in a few hours. My wife was standing there watching them the whole time because she was nervous, but by the end, she was the one praising them.
We really appreciated the help from Edward when we had to change our destination at the very last second. The crew didn't skip a beat and redirected the truck to the new address immediately. They were very careful with the wooden floors and made sure not to leave any scuff marks while carrying the heavy boxes. It was a very smooth move, and the guys were friendly throughout the entire afternoon. I am very satisfied.
This move was for a home library. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases and hundreds of books. The movers removed shelves and stacked books flat. They grouped the series together without me asking. Shelves were wrapped and labeled. At delivery, everything went back up in the same order. I did not have to sort titles again. That saved me days of work.
I have no qualms about recommending Carl and his team because of the great attention and work they put into assisting me to move from TX to NY. Even though it can seem easy, packing and relocating a whole house is a big task. When I called this company and got affordable costs, I was overjoyed.

DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
Andrew and John were efficient and quick, but they also did a really good job. They know how to get things done fast and well.
