I moved last weekend, and these guys did a great job. Three men walked in and started working without me having to explain anything. By noon, everything was settled, and I was ready to unpack.
I had a great experience with this moving service. The workers were kind and very organized. They handled my furniture with care and stayed focused. The move was done earlier than planned, which made me happy.
They had the best movers of any group. satisfying, enjoyable, and instructive encounter. The move was quick and easy, and our needs were carefully considered. I appreciate it so much; you guys rock!
I had a home office full of electronics that I didn’t want damaged. The movers labeled each box clearly, wrapped the monitors carefully, and reconnected the desk setup exactly how I needed.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
I was expecting some hidden fee or something, but nope. Swift Shift Van Lines was straight up from the start. The movers were actually friendly too, which was weird because most movers look miserable. Would hire them again.
We moved from Colorado to Florida, on the phone Mike was so cool, saying they are an end to end mover. They would be with us all the way etc. Well, not so much. They just sell your move to the lowest bidder. After your goods have been moved from truck to truck multiple times, the results were amazing! Almost everything was damaged (80%). Then try getting hold of your new best friend Mike, mmmm, not so easy.
The moving crew handled the relocation in a very organized manner. They carefully prepared the furniture before loading and kept the household boxes arranged properly. The team worked efficiently throughout the day. Everything was unloaded carefully at the new home. Overall, the process felt smooth and professional.
We moved our home office to a shared business center. James helped plan where each desk and chair would go before loading. When we arrived, the setup matched the plan perfectly, and all our computers were already at the workstations. We were up and running almost immediately, which made the transition smooth for everyone on our small team.
Our move included a 200-gallon fish tank, which I was sure would be a disaster. But the movers treated it like gold, draining it carefully and using custom padding to transport it. They also positioned it in the new living room and waited while I set up the filtration system. Not a single fish was harmed!
