Very trustworthy! Swift Shift Van Lines was responsible for arranging all unloading activities without any hassle, since I had to leave town early and was not there during the delivery. They followed my instructions and charged me fairly. Highly recommended!
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
For me, moving long distance has never been a breeze, but with the help of this company, it was easy. From packing to delivery, they were always on track, and they kept me in the loop. The moving company was also punctual, and upon arrival at the new location, everything was in great condition. I couldn’t be more pleased!
Finding dependable help for a move is not always easy. This crew handled the job for me, and I'm thankful I called them. The house had boxes everywhere, and I honestly didn't know where to start that morning. Having people there to take care of the moving part helped a lot. I could focus on getting my paperwork and keys sorted while they handled the rest. The whole move was much easier than trying to do it alone.
We did have a sectional that was able to be divided into several sections but it was difficult to get through the door. The movers were very careful to disassemble and reassemble it at the new location. All cushions and pieces were kept together.
The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the entire process felt poorly managed. I expected a much higher level of service.
A friend told me about this company, so I gave them a try for my house move. The guys were polite and focused on moving the heavy oak wardrobe first. It was a good experience from start to finish.
My experience with these guys was exactly what I needed. They showed up early and immediately got to work disassembling a complicated home gym setup I owned. They handled all the tools and hardware like professionals. I really appreciated that they confirmed the drop-off location and inventory list multiple times. All the things were accounted for and undamaged upon arrival.
