It was very easy to move across the country because of Swift Shift Van Lines! From the first meeting, when they planned our transfer, to the arrival of our belongings. The team was considerate, on time, and cautious with our furnishings. No object broke because of their extreme caution, and they advised me on furnishing our new home!
Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.
After a divorce, I had to move out of my family home, which was a difficult experience. The movers were incredibly respectful and made the process much easier. They packed up my things with care, and I was grateful for how kind they were throughout the whole process. They moved everything quickly, and I felt relieved to have one less thing to worry about during a tough time.
I had no major problems with the move into my new home whatsoever, even though there were parking issues and delays caused by weather.
I’d heard good things about this company from my neighbor, so I finally gave it a shot. The entire crew was polite and easygoing. They brought small foldable stools to sit on when taking a break, so they never just crashed on my furniture. They handled my bedroom set, living room couches, and dining table with top-notch care. Every cushion was wrapped in plastic. They took the time to unscrew my TV mount from the wall. After the trip, they asked me to do a quick walk-through of the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.
I needed a long distance move from Florida to North Carolina and I was scared about my antique dresser that my great aunt left me. Swift Shift Van Lines handled the whole thing without me driving behind the truck the entire way, like I originally planned to do. Phil put padding on every corner of that dresser and then wrapped it again with a blanket on top. The truck arrived in North Carolina three days later, and the driver called me when he was thirty minutes out so I could meet him there. It was a great service.
The movers were patient, spoke clearly, and handled his belongings with respect. There were a lot of little things that mattered to him, and they packed everything with extra care. He was really happy with how everything arrived, and so was I, honestly. It was a huge relief.
We needed to move our furniture out of a home and have it dropped off at two different destinations: one, storage and the other, our new home. The movers were very attentive to our list and made no mistakes. They clearly marked every item, double-checked what was happening while loading, and stayed organized throughout. We liked how everything went smoothly!
The professionalism and quickness of their moving firm impressed me greatly. They committed to the role and came prepared on the moving day with the packing supplies. Nobody can match their prices or the quality of service they deliver when it comes to packing and moving.
