They kept me updated through messages and photos during the process. I appreciated seeing progress in real time. When I returned to the new place, all 18 boxes and furniture pieces were exactly where I requested.
We used Swift Shift Van Lines to prepare our household items for overseas container moving. They professionally wrapped and inventoried every piece, meeting all international standards. The entire process felt very secure and detailed. Person name answered all my difficult customs questions beforehand.

I appreciated how Steven & his group took the time to label each box and item clearly, which made it much easier for me to unpack and organize everything once it arrived at my new home. They used markers to indicate which room each box belonged to, and what items were inside. They also provided me with a detailed inventory list, which helped me keep track of everything and make sure that nothing was lost or misplaced.

The entire experience was just smooth. From the first phone call to the final box being unloaded, everyone was polite and professional. The crew showed up in a clean, well-maintained truck. They worked hard but were also very pleasant to chat with. It didn't feel like a stressful transaction; it felt like I'd hired a friendly team to help me out.
The sofa was awkward and heavy. I expected problems getting it down the narrow stairs. The movers stayed calm and worked together. When it reached the truck without a scratch, I felt real relief.
We moved a couple blocks away from our current place, and this company’s movers were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, careful, and quick! We had a few fragile items, and were concerned they might get damaged, but everything was handled carefully and arrived in perfect condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience!
Swift Shift Van Lines sent some great movers. They stand out because they are so determined. They carefully packed, moved, and unloaded my things without breaking a single thing. I can't find enough good things to say about the movers.
