The delivery took considerably longer than I was told it would. I had very little information while waiting and had to contact the company for updates. This made it difficult to organize my day. Overall, the experience was frustrating.
Truck #T-610 was loaded with order #IN-11934 in an efficient manner. All wooden tables were covered with corner protectors and heavy duty stretch film was used around large wooden sectional items to stop dirt and moisture from accumulating.

They checked in the day before, came on time, and got started right away. I had packed things up the night before, and they didn’t mess with my system. They followed what I asked without turning it into a back-and-forth. It all felt simple and direct, which I appreciated.

Avoid this moving company at all costs! They were supposed to transport boxes and some furniture from Milwaukee to Seattle within a week, but it has now been a month. When the items finally arrived, they were severely damaged. I strongly advise against using their services.
