I felt very comfortable having these movers in my home. David and the other guys were polite, and they worked very fast without being messy. Everything went according to plan.
The movers left packing materials, tape, and plastic wraps scattered all over my home. They didn’t bother cleaning up after themselves. I had to spend hours cleaning up the mess they left behind. For the price I paid, I expected them to at least leave my place in decent condition.
I had a bunch of seasonal decorations in a shed near the woods, and they had to be moved to a cleared spot closer to the house for sorting. The movers pulled the large boxes out carefully so branches wouldn’t snag them. They placed each group where I pointed and didn’t crowd the space.
All staff was humble and expert. Nothing was damaged, and everything passed through. As they packed everything, they took great care to protect the woodwork. Our team leader, Joseph, took the time to find out where we liked the things packed and where everything was going in the new house. When we made reservations, they were accommodating and patient.
Honestly, I was not expecting it to go this smoothly. The whole move was done faster than I thought, and the guys were very easy to deal with.

They brought small foldable stools to sit on when taking a break, so they never just crashed on my furniture. They handled my bedroom set, living room couches, and dining table with top-notch care. Every cushion was wrapped in plastic. They took the time to unscrew my TV mount from the wall. After the trip, they asked me to do a quick walk-through of the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.
John worked with his crew during my grandma’s move. He treated her stuff gently, and she kept saying how respectful he was. She even offered them cookies before they left.
