Couldnt be worse

I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.

Terrible Service

DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!

Capable Movers!

We are completely pleased with our experience with Swift Shift Van Lines. From booking to the delivery of our things, we didn’t have to worry about anything since they handled it all for us. delightful experience

My roommate and I decided to part ways, and we both hired Swift Shift Van Lines to move our separate stuff. The band of movers was really adept at splitting our furniture and boxes based on color-coded stickers we’d prepared. They didn’t mix up anything, which was a huge relief. They helped me fold my futon when I couldn’t figure out how to collapse it. The entire process was quick, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable. Well worth every dollar.
