Swift Shift Van Lines was suggested to me, and they delivered as promised. The service I received from Michael from the first call through the estimate and moving day was outstanding. The week before, he made sure I was doing okay, which was reassuring. And on that potentially tense day, he and another person kept things lighthearted and even comical. They were cheerful, and the rain was of no concern to them. Much appreciation, everyone!
The crew was incredibly kind when I had to reschedule my relocation date at the last minute, and I didn’t complain. To wrap everything up, they even arrived earlier than expected.
The entire experience was just smooth. From the first phone call to the final box being unloaded, everyone was polite and professional. The crew showed up in a clean, well-maintained truck. They worked hard but were also very pleasant to chat with. It didn't feel like a stressful transaction; it felt like I'd hired a friendly team to help me out.
The delivery took considerably longer than I was told it would. I had very little information while waiting and had to contact the company for updates. This made it difficult to organize my day. Overall, the experience was frustrating.
Before moving, I needed to get rid of a lot of old basement junk and broken furniture. I added their haul-away service to the moving package. The crew quickly removed all the unwanted items right from the basement. This saved me a lot of time and heavy lifting before the actual moving day.
My washer, dryer, and fridge needed to move into a condo. Andrew had the right tools, strapped everything down, and carried carefully. Machines were plugged in and ready. Saved me hours of stress.
Joseph replied immediately, even though we were behind schedule with our request. They were prompt with delivery and set things up for us. The safe and prompt delivery of our beautiful marble tulip table and chairs from NJ to AZ has satisfied us. We would definitely use them again because of the great service and staff.
Everything I asked for and needed was noted by the project manager. He was conscious to adhere to them. I salute them!
