Their movers were the pros of the pros! On moving day, it rained heavily, and I was sure that my furniture would be lost. However, to my relief, the team brought plastic wrap, waterproof tarps and even gloves to keep my belongings clean. I was wet by the end of the move; my belongings were not. Bravo to them!
This move was a mix of my stuff and my friend’s stuff, so it was a little chaotic. The boxes and household stuff from different storage rooms needed to be moved to a new location. They moved all the stuff without any problem. Somehow, they made it work. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was mysteriously missing, as it had happened before. At the end, we were tired but happy. It turned out to be a really good decision to hire them.
We were concerned about the viral infection, but the movers wore masks and practiced social distancing. It was a responsible approach that we appreciated.
Right after signing the contract we were funneled off to subcontractors. One in New York and another for delivery in North Carolina. The subcontractors who did the pick up swindled my son out of an additional $363.75 saying more than our 300 cubic feet was used because they couldn't stack boxes on top of furniture. However, when the moving truck arrived in North Carolina, all of the boxes were stacked on furniture in the back of the truck. Second, we paid for packing and unpacking but the guy who delivered was by himself and said he didn't have time to unpack anything. Therefore, we are owed 1/2 of the $300 packing fee.
I’d heard good things about this company from my neighbor, so I finally gave it a shot. The entire crew was polite and easygoing. They brought small foldable stools to sit on when taking a break, so they never just crashed on my furniture. They handled my bedroom set, living room couches, and dining table with top-notch care. Every cushion was wrapped in plastic. They took the time to unscrew my TV mount from the wall. After the trip, they asked me to do a quick walk-through of the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.
During our relocation, we had the best experience possible. The movers carefully transported our belongings! When I engaged them as movers, they performed an amazing job. Delivery and packing were completed in a single day. Well done!
The booking process was simple and didn’t take long. On moving day, they came prepared and had all the necessary equipment. They worked steadily and didn’t take unnecessary breaks. I liked that they double-checked items before loading them. The unloading was just as smooth, and they followed instructions properly.
The movers were careful and reliable, and the firm professionally conducted itself. Our dresser, bean bag, chair, and coffee table were packed in few hours and delivered the same day. What a smooth and easy move!
From the first interaction to the final drop-off, things were well managed. David was calm, clear, and easy to work with, which helped a lot.
I don’t enjoy moving, but the crew made it easier than I expected. They arrived on time, handled the heavy lifting, and kept everything straightforward. The job was done smoothly from start to finish.
