Before choosing Swift Shift Van Lines, I consulted with approximately ten other moving companies. For our trip to MO, we enlisted the services of movers from TX. They arrived punctually, worked efficiently, and remained well-equipped throughout the process. Jack and his team successfully finished the task promptly.
Simple, uncomplicated, and error-free. We used the packing service, and the staff was effective and hardworking, and they broke nothing. They offered affordable pricing, were a pleasure to work with, and maintained fantastic communication. I suggest Swift Shift Van Lines to anyone who is moving.
They were very proactive, working while singing along to the radio, which made the experience seem quite enjoyable.
This team was very efficient with my move; I was surprised how easily it went. They remained very organized throughout.
They saved my move after the first company no showed. I waited for three hours in my empty apartment, calling everyone I knew. James answered my call at 11 AM and said we can be there by 1 PM. They showed up at 12:50 and worked until 7 PM to get everything done. I am really grateful. Great service!

They were always in a good mood and would do whatever you asked. I didn't care that the movers took breaks to chill because the moving day was very hot and humid. So, stoked! Everything went according to plan.
They managed to load the entire house into the truck quicker than I thought possible. No yelling, no rushing, just steady work. All the stuff was tied down and secured before they pulled off. They knew what they were doing.
Our family moved after 18 years in the same house. It felt overwhelming, but the crew stayed patient and carried every piece with care. That patience made the whole day easier for all of us.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
