George and his crew managed their time really well. I was a bit skeptical at first, but packing, loading, delivery and unloading were all done timely. I had a comfortable transition all because of them!
Jack and James took care of everything when I moved from CA to SD. They packed up all my fragile stuff like the marble coffee table and wall hanging mirrors and even took apart and put back together my furniture. Their commitment to giving a stress-free move is impressive.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
Compared to a long-distance move, our cross-town move was complicated due to narrow streets, tight building schedules, and a barely functional elevator. The movers handled everything effortlessly, getting us moved in record time while remaining calm and efficient. We're happy to trust them!
My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.

On moving day the crew showed up and handled my one bedroom apartment in about 3 hours. When they left, I sat on my floor surrounded by boxes, and I felt like I had made a smart decision for myself.

The team worked efficiently throughout the day. Everything was unloaded carefully at the new home. Overall, the process felt smooth and professional.
What worked well was how the team handled changes as they came up. I moved to simplify daily routines, not because I had to. Richard and the other members noticed early that some items needed different handling and shifted the order on their own.
They wrote clear labels on every box, saying exactly what was inside. That way, we didn't have to waste time searching for things when we unpacked. No more digging through boxes to find what we needed right away!
Our commercial move was stress-free thanks to their organized approach. They labeled boxes, handled large equipment smoothly, and had us set up in the new space without delay. Their professionalism made the entire transition easier.
