I am happy to give a solid 5 stars for the service provided. They helped me get all 3 of my storage units emptied and consolidated into one shipment, which saved me a lot of time and extra effort.
The moving team worked well together and kept the process moving smoothly. Our belongings were handled responsibly from start to finish.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
Joseph was behind the wheel. My apologies, I neglected to find out the identities of the other two members in his team. Positive demeanor and no issues to report. Care was taken to avoid damaging the walls or the furnishings. There won't be any bad outcomes. In my perspective, Swift Shift Van Lines is necessary.
Solid 5 stars from my side because the whole thing was easier than I had built it up in my head. I had about 40 small items scattered around, and I thought it would turn into a mess, but they sorted everything out without asking too many questions. They kept things moving at a steady pace, and nothing felt rushed or careless. By the end, I was just glad it all worked out so smoothly.
We've done one move all by ourselves but this time we decided to get professional movers to help. It was a vast difference, indeed. We didn't have to pick up heavy furniture, hire extra equipment, or call friends for assistance, and the entire day was much smoother.
My huge sofa was expertly moved down a narrow passageway by them, making it look easy. I will recommend you to all my friends and relatives...

Joseph and his team took care of my move from TX to NY. These guys were very professional, handling all my furniture with caution, such as my vintage oak cabinet and marble coffee table. They also helped me pack up my kitchenware, which was a huge help. And even though the drive was long and tiring, they maintained their enthusiasm and never slowed down. James deserves a big shoutout from me.
Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
