Honestly, I thought I would be moving stress with this company with order number MC-2402, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew arrived with a plan, was confident and did each room one at a time.
A really positive encounter with the movers. I employed them for a full moving service because I was relocating alone. Since they effortlessly disassembled my bulky furniture, uninstalled my home theatre system and TVs, packed everything carefully, and handled all the hard lifting, it was actually a relief. After successfully transporting everything, they stayed behind to assemble and install my belongings.
We really appreciated the help from Edward when we had to change our destination at the very last second. The crew didn't skip a beat and redirected the truck to the new address immediately. They were very careful with the wooden floors and made sure not to leave any scuff marks while carrying the heavy boxes. It was a very smooth move, and the guys were friendly throughout the entire afternoon. I am very satisfied.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
Our family moved from a duplex to a single house in the next county last weekend. We had a lot of stuff to move, like the kids' toys and heavy bunk beds, plus our washer and dryer. Swift Shift Van Lines sent a team of four guys who showed up right on schedule. They took the bunk beds apart in just a few minutes and kept all the screws together. I liked how they put the toys in clear bags so we could find them easily later. They even hooked the washer back up at the new house and cleaned out the dryer vent for us. The kids were able to play while the movers worked around them. It was a very smooth day
Beginning with the initial quote and going through the whole moving process, everything was great. The people who worked on the move were professional and patient the whole time. Their services are excellent, and I plan to use them again in the future.
I had artwork framed in glass that I didn’t want scratched. They built protective covers around each frame, and every piece went straight onto the new walls without a mark. That attention to detail mattered.
Avoid this moving company at all costs! They were supposed to transport boxes and some furniture from Milwaukee to Seattle within a week, but it has now been a month. When the items finally arrived, they were severely damaged. I strongly advise against using their services.
The enthusiasm and care shown by Steven and his crew were remarkable. They were very passionate and diligent, and they provided excellent service. They handled our fragile items, such as our crystal chandelier and our silk curtains, with great attention and delicacy. They also had no problem moving our bulky furniture, such as our king-size bed and our sectional couch. They were very strong and capable, and they did not damage anything. They were very impressive and grateful, and they made us feel special and appreciated.
Their movers were the pros of the pros! On moving day, it rained heavily, and I was sure that my furniture would be lost. However, to my relief, the team brought plastic wrap, waterproof tarps and even gloves to keep my belongings clean. I was wet by the end of the move; my belongings were not. Bravo to them!
